"The finished project turned out pretty well, the overall interior wall surfaces all looked good at the end and I’m not recommending against hiring Lance by any means. However, I would recommend they slow down on their prep work to really provide a high quality job. There ended up being quite a bit of paint splatter on three windows that weren’t covered. There was some paint over run on light fixtures that weren’t covered. We had to ask them to remove light plate covers before painting. They did not sand down any door jams and there were bits of wood sticking up at the end and small divets in those areas. So, again I would say it’s fine to use this company just keep a close eye on the prep work as they go, the large area finished walls all looked though so I don’t mean this to be a negative review at all, just an honest take on the overall quality."

All these projects were expertly done on time while I was away, and his estimates for each were accurate and lower than those of his competitors. He spent 3 days plaster, texture and finally paint the ceiling and also repaired some existing paint cracks.
