"We have used Brannick & Associates for two different properties including for a condo building in SF at least 10 times for both interior and exterior painting over the past 10-15 years. Patrick is the owner and has exceptional integrity and commitment to using the highest quality paint and materials and maximizing the life of his painting work. His painting crews are super personable and professional, clean up thoroughly and are very detail attentive. Our condo building in SF is a really challenging given it is 100+ years old and was built before the building code required plastic sheeting (vapor barriers) inside the siding. But it is not cost effective to replace the old growth redwood siding so we have to maintain and patch cracks on each side of the building every other year to maximally waterproof the building. Brannick & Associates was the only painter willing to do this maintenance work along with our periodic painting of each side of our 6 unit building. Fantastic company!!"

"Scott painted all the interior walls in our new house, he patched and painted the garage and made it so much nicer, he painted our kitchen cabinets, which turned out beautiful and saved us so much money compared to refacing, and he also painted a tricky accent wall covered with reclaimed wood after patching it, and that changed from a weird problem to an elegant feature of the house. All these projects were expertly done on time while I was away, and his estimates for each were accurate and lower than those of his competitors. When I have other projects I will go straight to him."

"I found Melvin by chance after looking for several contractors to paint our townhome (prices were outrageous, between 17k-35k) to paint a 1800sq ft place with very high ceilings in places. Painting was very reasonable at about $9500 plus materials (at about $3000). Their quality of work patching holes big and small, making cracks on the wall look like it never happened, and their attention to detail was unmatched while painting baseboards, door trims, walls and ALL our cabinetry (bathrooms and kitchen). Melvin is a perfectionist! I have never been able to say that about any painter. I know that if you are reading this it will be hard for you to grasp how great this company is. But let me give you peace of mind: YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED. THEY HAVE LOADS of pictures of their work for reference. They also have the most awesome handyman (Josue) and the counter top guy (Marvin).. he was incredible and very skilled at refinishing 3 bathroom counter tops. They are very organized and clean up after themselves. I truly feel that I was the luckiest person to have found them and they turn my home into an absolute gem 💎. Please give them a chance. I know how stressful it can be, to be amidst selling your home plus finding the right people to give your place some upgrades. This company was an absolute great find."
