Other contractors were saying they would call back with a schedule. I also informed him that the baseboards were poorly installed and asked him to address that. After that was done the baseboards look really nice and tight against the sheetrock and there are no gaps between them and the wall with the caulking that he did. Yes, I would hire Ryan again for other projects."

We will have no problem selling this house. We were home the entire time our installer worked on the kitchen. The guy worked hard and he did a great job. I consider myself handy, but I wouldn't taken this project on. Glad we didn't decide to paint. Everyone that sees our kitchen loves it, For reasons I can't explain, they think the kitchen is larger.
