Chris from American Home Renewal was by far the most professional. He spent time with us, accurately described the entire installation process with us and exhibited willingness and patience to hear and understand what we were looking for in the new windows. "He was doing great and doing extra things. I paid him 3,200.00 for materials and he said he ordered them in July they were supposed to be delivered 08/02/21. He contacted me and said they were on back order, communicated thru 09/13/21. I have not heard from him since. I called Home Depot and they said he never placed an order. I have called and emailed, text, left messages and I have not heard from him since. He still has my screen door that he was supposed to repair along with my money. I think if something has happened to him someone in his family would have notified me."
