Hi have been working for General Contractors and Homeowners for the last 30 years! Mostly re-models and new construction! I would normally do pre-paint and final construction clean ups! \nI like to do the fine detailed work that a lot of people skip over for all those final finishing touches!\nI paint, do caulking, give cabinets a new look, do door jams and walls! Also floors and appliances!\n As I am getting older what I’m really looking for are the vacation rentals.\nI am a people pleaser and love to see people happy with my work which they always are!\nI take my work very seriously and am good at trouble shooting and solving simple problems on site! I have worked all over the Coachella Valley and am willing to go up to 40 miles away. Have gone as far as Hemet and Big Bear! "Kris was extremely responsive and came to give me an estimate within 24 hours and scheduled his guys to start a two day job (lots of square footage) within the next couple of days... I am blown away by how gorgeous my floors look! This is not the first time that I have had my stone floors cleaned and polished, and I was pleased with the previous contractor and had planned to use him again, but going forward, this is my "go to" company.... The areas that they have finished were water-stained and had some damage... THEY LOOK LIKE NEW!!!! Considering that some of my high traffic areas were pretty bad, the floors look FABULOUS!!! "Mark meticulously went through every inch of this antique from top to bottom and repaired all structural damage incurred over the last 260 years to include everything from small worm holes, to cracks on the table top and drop leaves, warps, loose joints, pegs and butterfly joints. He made it structurally sound to last another 260 years without changing any of the rich 260 year old character and charm. This is truly an amazing museum piece and family heirloom to last another lifetime."

I'm writing this review quite a while after the service was performed and cannot recall the price paid at the time (that is why it says $1.00, since it is a mandatory field). I did price-shop the job, and her quote was right in line or better than the others.
Amber struck me as trustworthy enough that I paid her before the job was done and left a her a key to lock up when she was finished. Plus she gets huge praise for working my awkward time requirements into her busy schedule... working into the night. Hire her, you will like her.

"How did it go NOT WELL... First off the value stated was 365.00 for 99.00.. being that my vehicle is a SUV it was an additional 25.00 which is fair.. I also had another service performed and that was polishing the highlights lens and that was additional 50.00.. did it do any good- no..  The vehicle was left with water spots, dirty carpets, and the trunk area completely looked as no one even touch it..

Either the guys didn't have the right tools or solutions but the interior was a mess.. except for one detail.. they did clean my seat which was slightly tinted black as I wear primary black cloths. 

If this was truly a 365.00 dollar value I wouldn't be sitting here having to write a negative report..

I would I use this vendor again- NO

For the 99.00 worth of work I could have gone to my location wash garage and had it taken care of  for about 79.00 and paid for what was rendered.. Not inflating the value to 365.00..
