I've been making repairs to a house I bought about six months ago. I thought I might need new torsion springs for my garage door. The first garage door company that I contacted (not through Angi) told me in no uncertain terms that I did need new springs. Their price seemed high, however, so I contacted Door Doctor through Angi. Door Doctor's technician, Joe, came over the next day. He told me my springs look to be only about five years old and have a lot of life left in them. He tuned and lubricated the door to get rid of some creaks and groans, and reported that everything about the door is in great shape. He charged Door Doctor's minimum, which is $150. I was thrilled with Joe's honesty, not to mention his upbeat personality. If I could give Joe and Door Doctors 10 stars, I would.

He walked in with a smile wearing doctors coat and navy blue scrubs. He was polite,knowledgeable & professional. Did not try to up sell. He answered my questions. Very reasonable quote and 2 year guarantee got him the job. Finished in time. Garage door operation dropped quite a few decibles of noise an is whisper quite.
