"Got my fence move closer to the front of my yard and got a new gate. Gate post was sturdy and look better than what I had. . However, I didn?t like that there were big gaps. The bottom of the gate had a big gap and the side of the gate to the house have a big gap.the gap at the bottom of the gate was too wide. I know a cat couldn?t go under it but it was too wide so I asked the tech to close it a little. He didn?t like that I asked him to close the gap but I want to feel comfortable with the look of my gate. He reminded me that closing the bottom gap could void the warranty if stones get under it. A strip of wood on the gate post, to close the gap would have been nice especially that it wouldn?t interfere with the structure or warranty but would just give me a little more privacy."

"We had a squeaky door with a bent lower panel, plus a second door that would sometimes jam when we tried to open it, and which seemed to have much too strong of a spring (it would fly open if the power opener was disconnected), as well as making a lot of noise.  The tech came out on the special service deal and was on-time and did a thorough job of greasing and adjusting the doors.  I asked if they could help repair a dent in the large door and make the small door run smoother as well as correcting the spring tension.  He worked up a quote, that involved a lot of back-and-forth with the home office, include a second trip to the house to re-measure.  They ordered parts, scheduled installation, then contacted me to say they didn't get the right parts and I'd have to wait another month or so to get the right ones.
After the parts arrived, the same tech came out to install.  I think he was maybe a little inexperienced, but he got the job done.  The large door worked great with no more dent, and the changes to the small door fixed the spring tension, but it is, if anything, more noisy than before the work.  I mean it's loud.  I had hoped that spending close to a grand would get me quiet, smooth doors.
While the tech was generally professional, he did leave a bit of a mess for me in my garage and driveway.
Let me sum up by saying that I think they did a decent job, but I feel like it was beer-n-burgers for a steak-n-wine price.
