"Pat returned my call immediately and ended up coming out to repair my gate the same day! This was after waiting for a call back from the fence company who originally did all our fences and gates...I waited 6 days with no call back. Thank goodness for Pat and his son! The ended up having to saw off the hinge welds because one of the hinges was not moving much. The gate was repaired and welded back on in about 90 minutes! The technician was able to tune up the garage door and fix the issue with the garage door not closing with the remote and explained to me the issue of why the garage door was not closing (due to excessive resistive force, which was fixed after the garage door was lubed)."
