In 2017, we became a Preferred Vendor for Construction Loans with U.S. Bank and built several homes in the South Bay (Los Gatos to Gilroy) from $1.5M to 3.0M. In 2019, we migrated to the Sacramento area focusing on Detached Garages and Granny Homes under 1,200 Sq. Ft. We offer extreme diversity to limit the number of Sub-Contractors necessary for any project while maintaining high quality and competitive pricing, so you (the Homeowner) end up with your vision of what your property should look like at a reasonable Cost. We have multiple licenses: C-13 (Fencing), C-27 (Landscaping) & B (General Building). As of today (2025), our focus is primarily Fences, Decks and detached Garages/ADU's.
