Then came shelter in place and he couldn't get the final coating for about a month and a half. At the very end of May he got the coating and finished the job. (The job started the middle of December.) He and his crew are hard workers and pay attention to detail. I would not hesitate to hire them again. The house looks great."

"Joel and his partner came on time. They were friendly and professional. Before the job, they protected the work area and explained to me what was to be done. During the work, they spent time on getting things (2 papers + 3 coats stucco) done right, while being very efficient. One of the guys says he has got 25 years of experience on doing stucco. After the work, they cleaned up the area really well and warranty the work for 1 year. As courtesy, Joel also walked around the house with me to spot/assess any other possible concerns with the stucco. Luckily the condition of my stucco is otherwise not too bad. "I called Stanford about painting sections of my house.  The sections needed painting because of door repair, stucco repair, and for maintenance of the window frames of an enclosed patio room.  The estimator said it was a smaller job than Stanford usually handled, but he recommended a painter who could handle a small job quicker than Stanford, and who would also be able to help me with repair of a window frame.    I did call and hire the painter the Stanford estimator recommended who did a very good job on the painting.  (It turned out the window frame was too rotten for a simple fix and needed replacement, which I had someone else handle.)
I'm very appreciative that the Stanford estimator was honest and considerate enough to direct me to a good solution to my needs, even though it meant no business for Stanford.
