"Found a water pipe outside that was leaking. Gustavo responded immediately after I submitted my query on Angi. It was 6pm, but he agreed to come out right away to assess the problem. His professional demeanor and expertise were evident from the beginning, putting me at ease in the face of fixing a potentially extensive and costly issue. The job took 2 days to complete and Gustavo worked tirelessly, having to dig a sizable trench in Claremont soil which unearthed a ridiculous amount of large rocks. At each step, I was informed what was happening and Gustavo's focus was making sure I knew exactly what was going on at each step. His attention to detail was remarkable, and when the job was complete, he left the work area immaculate, which included decoratively returning the rocks that had been dug up back to the same planters, making the area look better than when he arrived. I felt he was honest and reasonable. I unreservedly and highly recommend Gustavo/Privado Landscape. "
