Get matched with top leaf removal pros in Alpine, CA

"Jacob returned my call the same day. His bid was reasonable compared to the last time I had my eucalyptus tree cut but stump not removed. This time I had my grown ficus tree along with a small guava. The ficus roots has become unwieldy and threatening the new fence so it had to go, including the stump and roots! Sotelo Tree Service has a complete set of machines to do a complete tree removal - mulcher truck and a stump shredder tractor. Overall, I am satisfied 100%"

"I spoke with Sebastian about removing two trees and i got a really great deal out of it. They did an amazing job and even removed the millions of leaves that my trees dropped beforehand. Very professional and got the job done as planned. Definitely would hire again for other projects!"

"We recently did some spring cleaning throughout our entire house and used J&B solutions to haul away all our old junk. They responded very quickly when I inquired about a quote for their services and the quote I received was very reasonable for the amount of stuff I needed hauled away. These guys were very professional and efficient from start to finish. They dropped off the trailer when they said they would and we’re even understanding when I needed a little bit more time to fill up the hauler. Overall it was a pleasure working with this company and we will definitely be using them again when we need another junk or demo removal!"

"Carlos explained all the steps and made sure to leave our place clean. He gave great customer service."

"It was a simple job of cleaning up leaves and getting rid of weeds. They cleaned up the driveway and back yard and even trimmed one of the trees too. Definitely made the job worth it."

"I am not a big writer of reviews but I MUST give Fausto Construction a review. They came to my rescue. I originally was going to go with another company. That other company came to my home to get measurement and told me he should be able to complete the work in the next two days as his schedule was pretty opened. He would email me a quote and if I agreed, he would begin the work. Well, at 9:42 p.m. that night he sent me an email that said, â â ¦after reviewing my schedule I will not be able to do the work for you. All the best.â I was shocked but thenâ ¦. miraculously, I came across Fausto Construction. While speaking with Saul to tell him about my situation he immediately made me feel at ease. He and his team came to my home, did the demo work to remove laminate floors then installed my new vinyl floors which looks amazing. Saul and his team are professional and amazing. I would definitely use them again!"

"Leo was very helpful and quick to respond. We’re happy with how our 2 bathrooms turned out. Project was completed within the time promised. Our only complaint is that the workers did not clean up very well. But overall, we’re satisfied and we’ll use them again."

"OCT. 2016 : INITIALLY ALL WAS OK....A TWO MAN CREW DID THE WORK ACCEPTABLY ONCE PER MONTH, WHEN "GILBERT" WAS THE ON SITE TEAM SUPERVISOR/WORKER....GILBERT WAS VERY DILIGENT, A HARD WORKER AND WILLINGLY DID WHAT HE WAS ASKED TO DO AND PERFORM ALL THE SERVICES I CONTRACTED FOR AS LISTED ABOVE. I WAS VERY SATISFIED WITH GILBERT'S WORK, HOWEVER, GILBERT WAS SUBSEQUENTLY FIRED BY OWNER: JOE MORENO OF (JM LAWNS) AND REPLACED WITH ANOTHER PERSON: "AL"....INITIALLY AL PERFORMED SATISFACTORILY, HOWEVER HE NEVER DISPLAYED THE SAME " GO THE EXTRA MILE ATTEMPT TO PLEASE THE CUSTOMER/CLIENT" THAT GILBERT DID AND ON THE LAST VISIT TO MY HOUSE , THE WORK CREW (AL AND HIS CO-WORKER) HAD NOT FINISHED TRIMMING THE BUSHES OR ANY OF THE TREES, AND WAS GOING TO LEAVE MY WORK UNFINISHED . I ASKED "AL" WHY HE WASN'T FINISHING THE WORK(THAT I WAS PAYING FOR) ...AL TOLD ME: "HIS CO-WORKER HAD TO GO SOMEWHERE" (REFERRING TO HIS WORK PARTNER).....HE THEN SAID: "WE CAN ONLY SPEND SO MUCH TIME ON THE LAWN WORK AT (MY) HOUSE" !!!!!!(.TRYING TO JUSTIFY NOT COMPLETING THE JOB/WORK THAT I WAS PAYING FOR).........I LATER CALLED OWNER: JOE MORENO AND TOLD HIM THAT I HAD A PROBLEM WITH HIS WORK CREW (AL) AND WANTED TO MEET WITH HIM TO DISCUSS/RESOLVE IT. HE INITIALLY SAID HE WOULD MEET WITH ME AT THE END OF THE WEEK.....I ASKED HIM TO CALL ME BACK TO SET UP AN APPOINTMENT AND HE NEVER DID. THE "ATTITUDE , LAZINESS, REFUSAL TO FINISH THE JOB HE WAS PAID TO DO" , ON PART OF "AL" DISAPPOINTED AND ANNOYED ME !!!!....THE LACK OF FOLLOW UP BY OWNER: JOE MORENO, TO DISCUSS/RESOLVE MY PROBLEM WITH HIS EMPLOYEES, INDICATES A LACK OF CONCERN FOR ME (THE CUSTOMER/ CLIENT).....I AM NOW SEEKING A NEW LAWN SERVICE TO HIRE. I HAD CONTRACTED WITH JM LAWNS FROM: OCTOBER 2016 THRU MAY 2017. THE DATE OF THE "INCIDENT" WITH AL , WAS ON 5/18/2017"
