Not only does the paint job look wonderful, but they also took great care to not trample my many plants that were close to the house, and not let my two dogs escape during the entire 8 day process. One, was painting the entire exterior of the house and the other was to clean up, sand and stain a beautiful staircase that was installed in the house many years ago, but never finished. I am extremely happy with the work John, Casey and their team did on my home. John was great with communicating and following up with me. "The wood had been re-stained less than a year ago by a painter who did not properly treat the wood and the siding had suffered some water damage.  The folks from J&B did a very good job with what they had to work with, and when we expressed some displeasure at how the wood looked, they did additional work, sanding and prepping and re-stainng in an effort to make us happy.  I'd use them again.

"Our shiplap wall used to look awful. And I can’t count how many times painting companies knocked on our doors and asked if we want to paint the house. We always turn them away and tbh it can be really annoying. But what made us go with Keith? One day, Richie knocked on our door, and before I could say anything to reject him, he already disclosed his whole lineage - his father, his grandfather were all in the business. He made a great first impression so when we finally decided to paint the house, I made an effort to find their business card and gave them a call. The whole estimation process was so smooth and the price is fair in this market. Richie was very professional and gave us updates each step of the way - we know how many workers will be onsite at what time, and what they will do the next day and at approximately what time they would finish the day and leave. And the actual painters (very sorry we didn’t get their names) were very respectful to the place, and they are efficient and gentle! They rarely spooked my fearful dog even! I have a lot of flowers and plants planted against the wall, they managed to work around all of them without damaging anything, compared to the previous painters, where we could see they just directly left patches unpainted behind the plants. After everything was done, they cleaned up meticulously and put back everything they had touched. I’m really impressed! We will definitely recommend Richie and his crew to anyone who needs a fresh look on the house."

Had just landscaped...they protected all the plants and patio deck. Absolutely no complaints on workmanship, very courteous. Had minor issue...quickly resolved. Job was quickly scheduled and completed. They approach painting like a production effort: quickly schedule it & completed the job with large crew (so completed quickly).
