(But was later able to give away the working TV), so only needed the couch and love seat removed. At 8:50am on Sunday morning, got a call from Charles of C2 Moving saying very sorry, they are running 30 minutes late. I said not to worry, that's ok. I just pulled the stuff out to be close to the door to help, and by 10:00am I saw the truck outside. Two men arrived, and Charles the driver said he was so very sorry for the delay, again I said no worries. They worked fast, and were very professional, and with in minutes were out the door. I was happy to have the old couches gone, as I had just gotten my new couch and love seat the day before. Signed the papers, and enjoyed my day....."

"While they got the job done eventually and their customer services and techs were sweet, the company needs to be MUCH more crystal clear and upfront about a few things before they eagerly take payment. 1. This is not a company for novice clients as they only do work remotely and expect you to have all hardware properly installed before hand. So perhaps they should only sign up for software issues with clients like me who are hardware dummies. I had to struggle on my own for hours buying and trying to figure out where to plug items (again I am basically an old lady technophobe as they say). 2. They also don't make it clear that you are not scheduling an appt in the traditional sense but rather scheduling a position in a phone queue at say a time like 7 pm eastern. So you end up sitting by the phone at 7 pm for 45 minutes waiting for them to call (since apparently you are 10th in the queue). All this is fine, but it should be the first few things you bring up when someone works with you esp for 137 an hour as there are other local companies one can work with if they seek non remote service. In short, your people are great and sweet, but the upfront disclosure is lacking."
