I called Thunder. They were very communicative. They thought they could come out on a Friday afternoon, but let me know they couldn't make it. They said Saturday morning. They let me know again they couldn't make it but could come Tuesday at 3. Points for keeping me informed. They came out on time. They figured out the last HVAC company was not telling the truth about my sensor that was shutting the unit off. The sensor was not installed properly. It was not getting tripped due to moisture. It should have been installed vertically but was installed horizontally with pictures they showed me. They left to get a couple parts, came back within the time they said, and reinstalled the piping so the sensor could be installed vertically. Vibrations would not affect it anymore. Glad to have them out. They also warranty their work for 1 year.
