We are a local window covering company with over 20 years experience. We make sure we offer our customers the best products at the lowest cost possible. We do any type of blind, shade and shutters. Some of our specialties are motorized shades and custom shutters. There is not a window we can’t cover, no matter the size or shape.

The shutters came a few weeks behind the original timeline estimate, but that's understandable given the problems with overseas supply chains during the pandemic. The shutters also look great, and the installation was done smoothly and efficiently."

"Horrible customer service and the product is only getting worse over time. I have ordered 16 shutters from them over 5 separate orders during the last two years. A recent order late last year came with parts missing and getting replacement parts was a hassle because I had to provide pictures. How do you provide pictures of missing parts? My most recent order arrived without the mounting strips and blocking strips being pre-drilled. I received the screws and screw covers but no holes for them. After multiple back and forth with "Angie" from customer service I was forwarded a poorly spelled response from their supplier stating "usually" they don't pre-drill holes. Usually? All of my other shutters over the last two years were pre-drilled. I was then told it was my fault because this order was a single panel shutter vs all my previous orders being dual shutters and I would have to pay to get replacement strips with pre-drilled holes in them. What does a single vs a dual shutter have to do with whether or not holes are drilled in hanging and blocking strips?"
