EXCELLENT work. Dan is the best, he's quick, clean, on time and fair pricing. If you're lucky enough to be able to get him in his busy schedule (he's in very high demand) you won't regret it. He's one of those rare people that you can give a job to and forget it about it knowing that it's going to be done right and on time and won't break the bank.

Perfect work, timely and professional. I would recommend Dan the Handyman to everyone. He is very easy to deal with and courteous. 

Not well either time. First time I had bought the items necessary to secure the bookshelves and told him how I wanted it done. He insisted on doing it another ways. Not only did his method not work, but he ended up going with my suggested method and charged me his wasted time. The second time I hired him was to connect a new dryer. He did so and in pushing it back into place he punctured the hose he'd installed. I figured it out quickly (flying dust) and he repaired the problem no charge. But at two for two with things not going well, my time wasted, I am not calling again. He's very personable, but when I do work for clients I don't bill them for time if I make a bad call.

Dan was great! I gave him a tour of the gutters, and he set to work. He noted a set of gutters that I completely forgot about (it was hidden under the hedge). In less than 2hrs, I have cleared gutters which should now do their jobs for the impeding rain!

Dan was punctual and professional.  I had trouble reaching a light fixture that hangs in my stairwell and had, consequently broken off the bulb still in the socket.  Dan was able to replace the bulb.  Also, the bulb in my porch light had also broken in the socket.  Dan recommended replacing the whole fixture as it was broken and falling apart (plastic).  He went down to the hardware store and picked up another fixture and then replaced the entire fixture to my satisfaction.

It went very well.  He came on time and was prepared with all the necessary tools.  The work was completed reasonably quickly and he left  with all debris properly cleaned and removed. I would rehire him for routine maintenance any time.  I have no adverse comments to make.

Dan came out to take a look at  one of my rain gutters which was becoming detached from the house. I thought it?d be a big deal to fix, but he said it wouldn?t be a problem. He checked his schedule and we made an appointment for 3 weeks later. He came on time with some parts he had to buy and made the repairs in no time. Also, he noticed that my gate wasn?t swinging closed properly and took the initiative to fix that too! He?s friendly and professional, and his fee is more than reasonable. I highly recommend him.
