Over the course of multiple days, we watched them take excessive breaks, stand around, play on their phones, fiddle with tools, and not get any actual work done. Our neighbors witnessed the same thing. We expressed our concerns to Aaron and even took pictures and video proof of his employees? lack of productivity ? but he refused to acknowledge it and would not view our videos. The work wasn't even completed and we were sent an invoice for more than double the original quote. When we disputed the unfair bill, Aaron threatened to place a lien on our home.
