Damaged Tree: Their crew struck the base of my newly planted oak tree with a weed wacker. Despite bringing this to their attention, they hit it a second time. The tree may now die from the damage, which will cost approximately $1,500 to replace. Lawn Deterioration: Rather than improving my lawn, it significantly worsened under their care. Weeds (spurge and nutsedge) spread throughout both the front and back yards despite their treatments; Broken Promises: After I repeatedly raised concerns with owner Andrew Snyder, he finally came to inspect the property. He acknowledged the lawn needed significant work, provided a contract for the warranty work, and abandoned it. "
