"The team was very professional and worked with me on price to ensure that I had a good quality product and what I needed was complete. They removed face plates outlet covers the fridge, the oven and the washing machine machines to ensure all the walls were painted correctly. The house was about 1800 square feet and they used a quality paint to get it done. I will use this company again if I need anything else done on my house."

"After calling two other paint contractors, I fortunately got lucky and found the Ace Elite Painting company. Their price was fantastic, and their work was amazing also. The owner of the company, Jim, was hands on and called us during the process to make sure everything was going well. One of the window shades broke and Jim made sure it was fixed. Penetrating sealer seeps into concrete pores to protect it from moisture and staining, cracking, and mold caused by water. This means you cannot remove penetrating sealers like topical sealers. The good news is that penetrating sealant doesn’t have to be removed before resealing, as most topical sealers must. The best and fastest way to remove paint from a deck often involves combining a chemical stripper with a pressure washer. Gel-based paint strippers are highly recommended because their thick consistency makes them less messy and easier to apply than liquid strippers. After applying the stripper to loosen the paint, you can use a pressure washer to efficiently wash away the residue. When using a pressure washer for this task, it's important to use a low pressure (under 1000 PSI) to avoid forcing too much moisture into the wood, which could lead to mildew or rot.

The most common reason paint peels is because moisture gets trapped underneath it and disrupts its bond with the wall. Other causes for peeling paint include a poor original paint job, painting over a surface with dirt or other foreign material on it, or applying paint coats that are too thick.
