One company never got back to me after we had to revise the estimate due to unforeseen circumstances. The other painting contractor did not offer the service of removing "popcorn" texturing. Juan responded with a new estimate right away and was able to remove the popcorn texturing on the living room ceiling, which also had a crack. He repaired the crack, retextured and painted the ceiling as well as a repaint of some interior walls and kitchen cabinets. Reasonably priced too!"
