"I have used Done Rite Services for couple of Plumbing jobs as well as fixing my Tankless Water Heater/Pump. They have done excellent jobs on all 3 occasions. The technicians that came- William for Tankless system and Danny for Plumbing issues - were both very professional, courteous, and are very experienced. "On time, did the job quickly. Was not expecting the 'additional fees' they quoted after arriving. Especially when they asked 'did the office tell you about ...?, which they did not. So, quote of $535 turned into $880 after the 'tank opening fee $75', the 'filter cleaning fee $65', the 'wash tank fee $65' and 'extra water fee $140'. Pro tips 1) ask what the added charges will be 2) uncover the tanks yourself 3) spray down the solids tank (hose water) and 4) clean your own filter before contractors arrive, save yourself $345."

"Travis and Jose arrived on time and went right to work on using their electronic equipment to locate where my sewer line ran from the house. They had to get up on the roof and run a cable down through a vent, then track where the cable was in the sewer pipe under ground. A former owner of the house created this problem because they built a brick patio right over the old access pipes so you couldn't get to them if you needed to clean out your sewer line! I don't get some people! Anyway, the men dug down about four feet through tree roots and dirt right on target to where the sewer line ran. I was totally impressed by their hard work and knowledge of my situation. They then installed the new PVC pipes by cutting the old sewer line and making a union with the new parts. They filled it I, watering it down as they went and cleaned up the area without leaving a trace -- except my new clean out access ports just above grade as I had asked. GREAT JOB GUYS! They were totally polite, professional and answered every question we put to them. I've got some piece of mind now and I say that's well worth the price. I will call on RAM again if I have any other plumbing issues. They have my respect and best recommendation.

"They showed up at set time and told us what needed to be done, that he was gonna have to go up on the roof to snake the pipe to clear the clog and it worked. He was very polite and courteous and when finished he left no mess to be cleaned up. We've used them on 2 previous problems over the past couple of years and would call on them again to deal with any drain or plumbing issue. They are a company you can TRUST...plus they are a LOCAL home town company."

"THEY REPLACED OUR LEACH FIELD. we heard from them the first day we requested service and came out the following morning to give an estimate. they told us to have the septic pumped first and when we told them we couldn't find anyone to do that they called a company they use and the septic was pumped that afternoon. when we found out we still needed a leach field they started the next and were there every day until the project was complete. very professional, pricing competitive. i would definitely recommend DR, DRAIN PLUMBING."
