Small jobs welcome

"I contacted Dennis at Elite Platinum Steam Cleaning about cleaning a large couch that has been in storage for quite some time. I was hoping to be able to get it professionally cleaned as soon as possible. He responded quickly and was able to get me scheduled in just a couple of days. He arrived on time, was very pleasant and did a fabulous job. The couch looks and smells amazing again! We even had a nice conversation after he finished about all of the reasons why we both left Minnesota for Tucson.? I would highly recommend Platinum Elite Steam Cleaning for all of your upholstery, carpet and rug steam cleaning needs."

"Regular house cleaning is done along with special projects like oiling cabinets or taking care of window coverings or cleaning curios in a cabinet. Work is efficient and the house always feels and smells good when the staff leaves. Professional and polite people. "

Small jobs welcome

"I hired Wash Away to clean our windows, screens, and tracks. Ruby and her helper (I forgot to get her name!) did an awesome job! We just moved into our home and everything was so dirty! We can now see out of our windows and screens! My husband asked me yesterday if I had left the sliding door open because it is so clean he thought it was open. In fact, I have hired them to come back next month to clean my blinds, ceiling fans and globes. Not only do they do a great job, their prices are very reasonable! I recommend calling them for your window cleaning needs!"

"OMG! She cleaned and scrubbed my bathrooms and kitchen. They look like new. It smells so good to have a clean house! The whole house is so amazing! I've told my friends this is the place to call. I will have her back again! Lol I've told my family see how clean it is. They are not allowed to mess it up."

"Orett was very professional, timely and worked hard to get the job done. He did our HVAC cleaning and dryer vent cleaning for a single family home. He showed me his cleaning process throughout for â before and afterâ to show his work. I would recommend Phoenix Air Duct Cleaning Pro to anyone in the Tucson area."

Sonic Cleaning questions, answered by experts

Yes, you can, but you’ll need to acquire the right pressure washer tips and cleaning solutions for the job. In particular, you’ll need tips that are capable of lowering the pressure from a max of 3,500 PSI to between 150 and 300 PSI. As for the cleaning solution, look for options that are clearly marked for soft washing rather than pressure washing.

You may become so frustrated with the look of moss on your roof that you contemplate whether to clean or replace your roof. Fortunately, you don’t have to go as far as replacing it. After cleaning the moss, you can use a chemical solution to keep it away. For further protection, trim branches that overhang the roof, as fallen seed pods and leaves on the roof allow moisture to collect, encouraging moss growth. Consider adding zinc-coated flashing to the roof, too. As rain washes across the zinc, it leaves zinc particles behind that inhibit moss growth.

You could void your roof warranty using a power washer if you have a newer roof. With an older roof, you could knock loose older shingles. On the other hand, some people safely use a pressure washer to remove moss from a metal roof. Although you may want to use a pressure washer, the truth is that you probably don’t need it to knock moss loose. A garden hose and brush will do the job just fine and in a safer manner than a pressure washer.

There are several ways to remove snow from your roof: using a snow rake, salting the roof with calcium chloride, using a rope (cautiously), and using heating cables. It’s important to mention that pretty, fluffy, sparkling snow weighs a great deal, and when physically removing snow from a roof, you should be aware of large snow slabs breaking off. These can weigh hundreds of pounds and are a real danger, so be extremely careful anytime you’re doing this type of work.

The cost of removing snow from a roof averages between $300 and $700. However, this cost can range from $200 to $3,000, depending on the size of your roof, the amount of snow, and roof accessibility.

Since snowfall can range from light powder to heavy and condensed snow, part of the price of roof snow removal depends on the amount and type of snow. For 12 inches of snow, you can expect to pay between $200 and $2,000 for this job. However, for 24 inches of snow, that price rises to $300 to $3,000.
