They are hard working and they make every effort to make the customer happy. I like that one of the owners is always on-site with the crew. Esther can make anything sparkle and always arrives at my house with a smile on her face. I submitted a photo of my kitchen after the crew left because that is the only time it looks this good!

I love the service I received from Alex's Cleaning Service. This company is a Class Act! Not only are the cleaning crews professional and do a great job, and the management team are as well. Very receptive to needs and changes. Their prices are very competitive and fair. If you haven’t tried them, treat yourself and give them a call. They are always on time and do the most thorough job, from the ceiling to the floor. I have a large home with lots of stuff and they clean everything with care and attention to detail. This is an excellent company with a wonderful work ethic and are determined to please. They are truly the best.

Owner Fernando brings a crew of three which allows for a complete and thorough job in 1.5-2.0 hours.  I've used this service for six months now and have gotten excellent results each time.

Al;l I can say is they did an excellent job.  I use them monthlyh and are very dependable.

the whole crew was great. There was 5 people. I have a pretty big house and they cleaned every inch of it. If I saw something that I wanted done a certain way, they did it without question. They definitely put the customer first. They deep cleaned all the rooms, including all shelves and drawers. They washed windows. The cleaned all my appliances inside and out. They did a great job.

Owner Fernando and his team of four cleaners arrived on time and got to work immediately after I explained areas of concern.  My house has vaulted ceilings and very high ledges that can't be reached without a ladder.  They hadn't been cleaned in far too many years.  Fernando brought his own ladder and dusted the ledges thoroughly.  The team also used an apparently magic product that removed the hard water stains from my clear glass shower door.  They moved appliances to clean behind them, wiped down the ceiling fans and washed the mesh that covers the range hood exhaust fan.  They even cleaned the sliding patio door tracks.  There was only one minor problem.  When I was checking things when they finished, I discovered that the dust from the high ledge in the master bedroom had continued to settle after they finished dusting that room.  They promptly re-dusted the room and all was well.  I don't think my house has ever been cleaner!
Everyone was pleasant, professional and careful not to let my cat get out.  The service took less time than expected and therefore cost less than expected.  They worked on a Saturday, which many cleaning services do not.  I'll definitely use them again.

Great.  They arrived just before the agreed-upon time, brought all the necessary equipment, and cleaned very thoroughly.  Everyone was very pleasant.  Alex was a pleasure to work with, both in arranging for the service and in overseeing it.

I've had several of the "chain" companies come in over the years and had become increasing unhappy with their work.  (They'd do a fantastic job the first time, then it would go downhill from there.)  Alex's Cleaning Service did a great job the first time - and has maintained that with every visit.  They have been cleaning our house, once a month, for about 7 months.  They are very thorough and detailed.  If they miss something, or if it is not to my liking, I just point it out the next time and they do it just the way I've requested.  They will take special requests and take care of any "out of the ordinary" tasks with no problems.  I couldn't be happier with the service.  It is a bit pricey - but not any more than any of the other local companies.

I like how they take care of all the small things. They do a very excellent job. They are very friendly and trustworthy.

Fernando and the ladies do a great job. They are conscientious, thorough, friendly, considerate and will do little extras as needed. We run a real estate  business from our home, and they work around our active business activities to get our offices cleaned up as quickly as possible.We have art pieces that require special care and they follow my instructions on cleaning the art quite well. We have also asked them to clean homes being listed by us and they have managed to fit these extra jobs into their very full schedule on an as-needed basis. Fernando handles this housecleaning service in a very professional manner. They are completely trustworthy and I would recommend them 100% as a cleaning service.

They are lovely people and really do a wonderful job of cleaning especially all of the places that I can no longer get to because of being in a wheelchair.  We plan to continue using them.  They have been honest, clean, professional.  I feel very safe with them in my house.

This is the third month that Alex's Cleaning Service has come to my home. The first month the cost was a little higher so they could do a deep cleaning of the entire house, I was so impressed with what they did, I decided to have them clean/maintain my house on a monthly bases.  This is the third time they have cleaned and I continue to be satisfied with their thoroughness, friendliness, efficiency and initiative to clean problem areas  when they come up. This is a family run business. Of the three people who come to my home, one of them is a business partner. They do a wonderful job. 
Their pricing is up front. We live outside the metro Tucson area and I have them come on a monthly basis. Therefore my monthly cost is a bit higher, but I feel it is worth every penny. Their website describes themselves as "old fashion quality cleaning with modern day attention to detail." I couldn't describe it any better than that. I feel very lucky to have found them.

We had  difficulty finding a time that worked for both of us but boy were they worth the wait.  When they say a deep cleaning, they really mean it.  The self cleaning oven hadn't been self cleaning in a while and I didn't expect them to clean that mess.  Not only did they clean the oven to perfection, but they pulled out the stove and cleaned behind it.  I can't even say when that had been done before.  Now I love my kitchen; it is so clean.  
They deep cleaned the kitchen, den, and bathroom....did the windows in and out.  Didn't have time for the living-room, but it wasn't so bad so I didn't mind.  The clean kitchen was the real joy.  
I will definitely have them back... would love to become one of their regular customers.
