"Dennis arrived on time, which is always appreciated. He asked what we wanted done, which was to clean carpets, tile floor, and one recliner chair. He took care to ensure that each tile was actually cleaned, resulting in colors that pop as if they were new. Similarly, carpets were meticulously cleaned, including some very dirty areas. While not inexpensive, it was a very fair price considering the results. We'll have him back on a regular basis to keep the floors looking clean as they do now."

"All-in-One responded to my Home Advisor query very quickly and I hired them. The owner, Gordon, came out to my house within a couple of hours and provided a very reasonable estimate to clean all my floors, both tile and carpet, consisting of more than 1500 square feet. His price was so reasonable, and he was so knowledgeable, that I didn't even bother to check with his competitors, I simply engaged his services immediately. The next day he arrived with Brandon (his adult son/helper and also very knowledgeable, hard worker) and his assistant Bobby. They proceeded to move all my furniture so they could access my floors, and they started on the tile. They did a splendid job! My tiles haven't looked so good in all of the 21 years I've lived here! Then Gordon left and Brandon and Bobby began working on my carpet, all still original from the builder. After almost seven hours, they left for the day. Bobby returned the following day to complete cleaning the carpets. He utilized two different types of carpet cleaning machines, and expended several more hours here. I must admit the carpets were atrocious, having been cleaned only once or twice in all the 21 years I'm in this house. Bobby did the best possible job, considering the terrible condition of the carpets. They are now "presentable", not perfect, but I can't fault All-in-One or Bobby for that. Overall, I'm more than happy with their work. They all were very professional and efficient, and very personable and responsive to my questions. I can give them the highest possible recommendation, and I would not hesitate to hire them again. Which I will do; it won't be another 20 years before I clean my floors again!"

"Owner assisted during tile selection by insisting that all pattern tile be from same dye lot. Also suggested that transition from hallway concrete floor could be from bull nose tile rather than Schulter strip suggested by others. Prep work was first class including grinding concrete floor for proper bonding, thin-setting several non-level areas, & bonding membrane. Tile setting & extensive tile cutting around bath nooks & crannies came out perfectly. Resulting tile floor (with random pattern) flows naturally throughout suite, including nooks & crannies. Owner & assistant were surprisingly clean-utilizing large scale vacuum during grinding, covering access floors to suite, cleaning job site as well as outside work areas daily. A professional, first class job! A&G tile competed with 4 other tile installation firms for our job."

"They did an AMAZING job! I had another "professional" company come out and they cleaned the top of the tile, but the grout and travertine still looked HORRIBLE. Previous owners put wax on travertine for many years and sealed all the dirt and grime into it, the grout looked worse than an old gas station bathroom- they made it look like NEW! The shower floor and walls that they did was also amazing. I can't say enough good things about this company. Customer service was stellar, excellent communication, showed up when they said, did what they said they would do, and exceeded expectations. I flip houses and it is VERY rare these days to find a company like this. I highly recommend AZ Grout Busters. He came over to give me an estimate the very next day, and showed me a sample that was perfect for the colors I already had in the kitchen and dining room area. My kitchen already had ceramic tile, but Cesar gave me such a good price to do both areas, that I decided to go with that. I am so glad I did because the open kitchen and dining room area now looks bigger and so much more beautiful. The workers were all very pleasant and even more importantly, very talented and efficient. The area was cleaned and all debris removed.
