While the project took one day longer than originally estimated, the system itself appears to be working well. However, communication was lacking; the team never followed up to check on our satisfaction, nor did they provide the promised instructions on how to maintain our tankless water heater. While the system is largely maintenance-free, it does require a filter change annually and a recharge every 8–10 years. Given current inflation, I am concerned about the potential future cost of that recharge. Overall, the work was satisfactory, but I would have appreciated better follow-through and customer service."

The guy (sorry forgot his name ) arrived on time, was friendly & respectful, informative and professional. He determined the problem and ran out to get the appropriate tools etc. It was fixed quickly. He even cleaned up!
