Angel Velasquez and his partner did an amazing job!! Came in, "set up shop" and not more than 15 min later drains were clean. took more time setting up and reloading back into truck then it took to clear the drains. They were personable, professional, courteous and extremely efficient. HIGHLY recommend Zona Plumbing for any plumbing needs

Great experience all around. Ozzy came out and gave us an estimate for a replacement water heater and gave us information on whether to go with a tankless or traditional tank. Ozzy was well informed and helpful, polite and knowlegable. He contacted me about installation times promptly. Angel came out and installed our water heater that same day. He was very thorough and the work was done professionally. I liked the way he was thoughtful to make sure the areas was clean and dry prior to installation. While nothing special was needed, there is a lot more to installing a gas water heater than just plugging it down. After completion he explained the features of the hot water heater, and cleaned up. This is the third time I have used ZONA Plumbing and am pleased with their overall staff and professionalism. While I use a different HVAC company, I am tempted to swith to AIRZONA for their expertise and quality of inviduals that are working for them. All around an excellent experience.

Juan and a partner came out for the initial inspection. They knew how to diagnose the problem and discovered the age of the water heater when another company was unable to. Daniel and Conrado did the installation the next day. They were very professional, did clean work, and notified me of the electrical issues. The water heater circuit is only 120 when it should be 240.
