"I live in Moreno Apartment homes in Scottsdale and have had an insect problem mostly nats for over 6 weeks they're everywhere in the house even the refrigerator we had over 40 nats in with our food, disgusting. Burns has come out 3 times now and spent a total of 5 minutes each time total from walking in the door to leaving, yeah real thorough Arizona needs to google what bedside manners are or even how to communicate without having the very first thing from drs, pest control people tell you we can't do that, I can,t help you. I travel the world for my job and if I didn't have to come to Barrows for a major spinal cord neck and disc surgery I'd never come to Arizona again. Burns sucks oh and they no showed no call 3 weeks in a row. Between the angriest drivers, the most uneducated natives ever oh I guess that's why their 47th in education in the country. look at reviews and youtube about why Phoenix and Scottsdale suck to live unless you're 90 years old in the retirement communities. In closing just expect people to be rude especially in the medical field. OH I'm a Professional Athlete so normally we have good Drs. and are treated at least like human beings oh and I'll give a list of pain drs and primary care doctors as well. Just don't waste your time with Burns if you have any type of nat problem they don't help or show up at all."

Animal Removal questions, answered by experts

Whereas a honeybee can only sting you once, a yellow jacket can sting you multiple times because they don’t leave stingers in the skin. In the unfortunate case that you get stung by a yellow jacket, it’s important to react calmly and quickly. Immediately ice the affected area until the swelling subsides. You may also take an antihistamine if necessary. If you experience an allergic reaction to a yellow jacket sting or have been stung several times, seek medical care right away.

Any tree that emits a sap or resin can attract yellow jackets. They are particularly attracted to the tree of heaven (Ailanthus altissima), which emits a sweet sap that both yellow jackets and spotted lanternflies love.

You might be tempted to call your local municipality to remove animals from your property, such as a groundhog burrowing in your yard or raccoons getting into your trash cans. However, they typically only remove domestic animals like dogs and cats from properties, or sick and injured wildlife that pose a public safety risk or health threat, such as a rabid animal. They typically do not capture or remove healthy wildlife.

Animal removal professionals have the tools, knowledge, and skills to trap and remove wild animals adequately and humanely. They also can relocate them correctly.

If you’re dealing with a bee colony on your property, you might wonder if they’ll leave naturally over time. The answer depends on their circumstances. Bees often relocate if the hive becomes overcrowded, food is scarce, or they face a threat. With that said, if a hive’s location is safe, warm, and with plentiful food sources, they are unlikely to relocate on their own, and the hive may persist for many generations.

In many places, killing bees or destroying a hive is discouraged or regulated due to their crucial role as pollinators. Specific laws vary by region, and certain bee species are protected due to declining populations. Some states require permits or restrict who can remove or exterminate bee colonies. Always check local laws before attempting to manage or remove a beehive.
