"02/27/2025: Homeowner provided color choices base on chosen roof package. Contract is signed and dated accompanied by a partial deposit of $1000.00 03/24/205: Homeowner provided remainder of deposit and assigned project manager installed yard sign to ensure delivery trucks and crew can identify the project. 03/31/2025: Homeowner inquires with assigned project manager as to start date of the project. Final Measurements of metal awnings, ventilation accessories, and skylights are taken on site and noted in customer file for ordering. 04/02/2025: Assigned Project Manager sends a text message follow up to Homeowner regarding potential start of project and confirmation of ordering. 04/10/2025: Homeowner texts assigned Project Manager requesting update to start date, refusing phone calls and referencing only text or email communication. Assigned project manager relayed to the homeowner all ordering was completed and the associated materials regarding metal awning replacement was pending a delivery date from the material distribution center. Homeowner chose to conclude conversation with the following. -"in my experience it's a huge red flag when people refuse to do that and it never works out well. I need this to work out well. Isn't that what you want too?" Project manager response during this engagement was professional and explained as the following to the homeowner. -"to clarify as soon as you submit initial payment, that's when everything gets put into motion in terms of ordering all the materials for your home. Metal for your awning has to be custom cut to your dimensions and then shipped to Arizona from where its manufacture in California." 04/17/2025: Project manager follows up with a text message to the homeowner stating that the metal was previously ordered, and that the construction project would move forward once acquired by our local distribution center. 04/17/2025: Project manager begins email thread including Company Management for transparency as follows - " Its jay with STARRPASS ROOFING. I just want to re confirm that we are committed to this project and that I can assure you we are making every effort to get the process expedited. When I pick up your deposit on the 24th of march is when the process began for ordering materials. It took some time for the Metal distributor to get back to us about our order for the awning. April 10th, we got ahold of the head boss at the manufacturer to press the waiting issue, and we immediately got the order in through him. He stated it will be about a 2-week process as they would get started right away. Everything else is prepared for you and we will have a date for you as soon as we receive your last important moving part. We do appreciate your patience. The house will look amazing, and I can't wait till WE see the outcome. Feel free to contact me or the owner operator with any further questions you may have." 04/17/2025: Customer response to email thread was as follows - "I appreciate the update. Without a working knowledge of construction, Im just baffled at why the carport is such a pain point. Theres nothing special about it and there werent any choices or options that had to be decided on, so that shouldve been the easiest part. Why did it need to be custom ordered? You know how I was trying to keep things simple & straightforward to get through this quickly, for the shingles I said the color closest to what I had before. I just need to understand the cause for the delay, thanks.""

"Thanks for your feedback, Karen. We understand the inconvenience of your projects delay. We've had the pleasure of working with our Solar Subcontractor for many years and have never had any issues. Unfortunately, the material supplier sent the incorrect parts for your Solar Panels. Once we received the right materials, we got to work straight away! At Starr Pass, we take pride in our craftsmanship and wanted to ensure everything was reinstalled precisely to guarantee the integrity of your home. We hope that you enjoy your roof for many years to come. It was a pleasure doing business with you!"
