SOS Exterminating

They come quarterly. I think I pay around $105 every time they come. We also have a contract with them to check for termites. I think my husband contracted them when we had a termite problem. For some reason, the area we are in has a lot of termite problems. 

They?ve had a good bit of turn over from time to time. We?ve been with them for probably at least 4 years. I?m happy enough that I don?t find someone else. Price ? I guess they?re competitive, I never checked it out. The quality of service seems good. They are responsive. Professionalism ? Most of them I would give an ?A?. As I?ve said, they had some apparently turn over, because I had different people there for a while that I wasn?t real happy with that. I am using them on an on-going basis. 

Very good, very professional

I was told that I had a very active termite infection and that they would need to remove my carpet and tiles inside the house in order to deliver the poison necessary to kill the termites.  They pointed out all of the areas where there was evidence of termites. They pointed out more areas than the other pest exterminators had pointed out.  I was very stressed by this information and hired them right away.  They arrived a few days later and the men who did the actual work said that they would not need to remove my carpet or my tiles.  They did their work and accidently hit a water pipe used for my drip irrigation.  They came out several times after that to repair the damage.  They also told me that they would be out after 30 days to inspect for termite damage, but I have not seen them.

My impression is that they charge much more than most of the others.  They use fear tactics.  I wonder if the 18 Sentricon stations were necessary.  From my own inspections, they did get rid of my termites.

I will continue using them for 5 years because of the terms of the warranty and I will have to pay them the $349 fee every year.

They were excellent. They cleaned up after themselves. I was very happy with their service. I had a contract with them for a long time. They did not make a lot of noise and they were very non-disruptive. They were great. They were a little pricey, but you get what you pay for.

They were okay. They do their job because I have no pests in my house.

I have a service contract with them and they come at the earliest on a call.  They are very professional and responsive.  I like their services and will use the same in future.

THE EMPLOYEES ARE VERY RESPECTFUL ON WHAT I NEED THEM TO DO. I LIKE THE FACT THAT I CAN SIT OUTSIDE WITH MY COMPANY, AND NOT WORRY ABOUT THE BUGS BOTHERING US. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY.

THE PROFESSIONALISM OF THIS COMPANY IS WONDERFUL. THEY COME AND GET THE JOB DONE WHEN THEY SAY THEY WILL. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ALL OF MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY.

I AM SO HAPPY WITH THE PROFESSIONALISM OF THIS COMPANY. THE PEOPLE THAT THEY SEND OUT TO TAKE CARE OF MY HOME, KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING ANDTHEY DO IT IN A TIMELY MANNER.
