The contractors that Francis Moore hired provided great work. The tearout group was fast and efficient. The install guy was very good. The price was changed after the work began. He called it a miscommunication. I did not appreciate it. The start time also changed a couple times when subs no showed the first scheduled day. Overall, the floors are great.

He came out the same day and took one hour to stretch the carpet in the master bedroom, about 180 square feet. It looks great and the cost was reasonable.

They did a very professional job.

If you need it done today. Francis will get it done.

I had my carpet stretched. I called on Friday and spoke to Mr. Moses. He assured me he would have the job finished by noon the next day, Saturday. I waited all day Saturday and he never showed. On Wednesday, he called and said his driver had a problem with the truck and he could come the next day and fix the carpet. I agreed. He sent 2 men to stretch the carpet. They were here for approx. 2 hours. They left the house a mess when they left. Did not vacuum the carpet pieces up all over and left the threads everywhere. Too expensive for the work done. Francis is nice guy and very responsive. We got 180sqft area of flooring done for $520 labor +450 for laminate and other materials. The workers had not calked around the top of the baseboard so Francis took care of that himself. There was no provision to take away old flooring or rubbish and they filled one of our trash cans to overflowing, we requested Francis to take this away so he had to go to the store to purchase trash bags in order to do that -means was not intending to do it. The floor was not cleaned after installation, left with foot prints and calk residue - to me this is lack of pride in the finished job. Luckily I don't think I'll need flooring done anywhere else in the house but if i did i would probably look elsewhere.

Francis is very pleasant but did not measure correctly and had to buy more material during the project. Because of this he wanted to charge more but with some back and forth regarding the postponed work and lots of confusion he finally accepted the original amount charged.

The work was done quickly as we were on a time line and were leaving the area later that week. It was done very professionally, and I'm very satisfied with their service.

Very good job . Installed my flooring in three hours the same day I contacted them. Don't get an estimate over the phone. Have them look at the job site first.

I called Friday. He gave price on Saturday. Worker arrived on SUNDAY and completed task. Francis arrived during job to inspect and discuss any changes. A little expensive but competent, neat.

Flooring installers were fast and professionsl. Cost was very reasonable for the quality.

Francis Moses gave my wife a quote over the phone which we accepted. We could have had someone to install the flooring that afternoon, but we had a lot of furniture to remove from the room. We scheduled to job for the next afternoon. We couldn't believe it, after trying to install the flooring ourselves, how easy it was for the professional. The bedroom was finished within 3 hours and all the boxes and papers were hauled away. We have another larger bedroom we want flooring in later this year. We will definitely give Francis a call.

Francis Moses is one of the most ethical men I have met. He owns the company. They replaced roughly 1,000 sq. ft. of carpet with laminate flooring at very competitive pricing. It's gorgeous. Add to that, the work site was clean, tidy and relatively easy to live in. They estimated 5 business days to do the work. It took 5 days of work, interspersed with monsoon activity which caused start and other delays. Translation: about 8 business days to do the job. Mother Nature was not kind. The crew (Carlos and Valentine) was wonderful, charming and hard workers. My hat's off to Carlos - 13 years he's been installing this type of material, and it really shows. Do not set a time table for these people. If they say 10:00, it means about noon. But once you get over yourself, everything goes smoothly. It's a small, local firm that has excellent results. I would recommend them highly.

This company came out and gave me an estimate, which I thought was a little high, but needed the work done. They were able to fit the repair into my schedule, which was great. For a little over 2 hours of work replacing a 3x3foot area, the cost was $300.

was very late, did not have full address...was lost. finally got owner to give condo number...then wanted to come the next day...I said no..we got up early aand are ready today.......need to get their customers for the next day full address's and phone numbers and be ready to be there on time for the day..i was scheduled for 9-10 am..the got here finally after noon.

I had laminate floor put in a few rooms on May 5,2010 Francis Moses Floor covering sent two professional polite hardworking time effecient quality installers to do the project and the end result was an amazing beautiful laminate floor. My husband and I was very pleased and plan to have the company come back and install the remaining rooms in our home. If you were having a large project to do, I believe Moses would do fine. My project consisted of one small strip of tile being added and readjusting the carpet to match up. A Two day job. First day they were wonderful. Second day took 4 days for them to finish. Communication being the problem.
