When the day arrives to clean, the guys call to confirm what time they are coming. They are happy to move furniture I need help with and they move it all back using styrofoam blocks so my floors look great and my house doesn't have furniture scattered everywhere. We have a dog and we doggy-sit frequently (= occasional potty accidents) and thanks to these guys I still happily sit on the carpet. "I knew my garage floor restoration job would not be easy. The floor was coated with two coats of 11 year old two-part epoxy under a single coat of 8 year old two-part epoxy. The finish had been badly damaged by acid leaks from a defective golf cart battery fill system. I obtained three estimates, each with detailed descriptions of the proposed approach. Burns POWER WASHING Service was clearly the superior, though not the lowest cost, estimate. The owner, Todd Fries, arrived promptly at 0655 with a truck mounted furnace to heat water to almost boiling, a 3500 psi Pressure Washer, and assorted support tools. Moments thereafter two crews, consisting of a Foreman and team member each, arrived. They removed all storage racks, their contents, and other obstructions from the garage and utility room, applied a stripper to the old paint and then laboriously scraped the floor, including 3 inch high curbs along the east wall, almost clean. Pressure washing followed to remove the remaining old epoxy. Next, they applied a primer to the bare concrete and left the job site at 1730 to allow the primer to stabilize overnight. Two men returned the following day at 1000 to apply a protective coating with a mix of three different color chips. The end result is truly impressive. "Talked with at least 4 other contractors before deciding to go with Jon.  His pricing was the best and his website has tons of great info on it to use for reference, which actually helped me out when talking with some of the other contractors.  This was not only our first house, but new construction, so I grilled him on the phone about all aspects of the process and products he uses.  He is very knowlegable and patiently explained everything.  At the end of the call, I was more comfortable with him than any of the others and could tell that he really cares about doing a good job.
We have a good size 3-car garage (nearly 700SF) which he estimated at 3 days to complete, but he got it done a day early.
We love the floor and couldn't be happier with it.  Always wanted one of these and glad we trusted our new house to Jon.  We've recommended him to everyone that we talk with who is thinking about an epoxy job of any kind."

"This is a touchy question. Once the technician talked to Choice Home Warranty "it was" going well for replacement of washer,but, when they offered $178.00 I was totally floored. Where am I going to find a Kenmore of equal quality for that price? So, as of today we have a non working washer. But, with confidence in Choice am sure it will end with a good relationship. If not we have another avenue at hand. I must say that when I lived in California I had the same coverage, had the entire heating & a/c system replaced for the price of a service call $70.00. No question it was amazing to have THAT coverage then."
