He answered my call on the first ring. He was knowledgeable and informative. He understood (with children) the need for running hot water in the house. The next day he arrived promptly at 8:30 AM with the water heater and all supplies. We had hot water again with a perfect install done in 3 hours. Price was fair and as quoted. I needed a plumber because of my Water Heater not giving me Hot water, he set an appointment for the next day Monday morning at 7 AM and he was here at 7 am. He explained everything to me and I agreed the best action to take was replace with a new water heater. He put in a high-quality water heater and the price for the whole job was great.
