We had a wonderful experience! Chris and Sid were amazing. They responded quickly, came out for pre-inspecrion, were very helpful, and gave us the best price! The day of the installation, they were here early, very professional, curteous, clean, and efficient. My husband kept raving about what a great job they did. Made his life easier to be able to continue maintenance in the future. Highly recommend these guys! 100!

They don?t come any better than Sid and Chris at Frost Air! They were able to come out next day to diagnose the problem with my unit, offered me a couple options that were more cost-effective for me compared to other bids I got, and were able to come back to install my new unit within that same week. Not to mention, the location of my unit was left far better than they found it! I can?t begin to describe how much I appreciate their communication, prices, quick turnaround, and the quality of their work. I?ll be referring them to anyone I know in AZ!

Chris was amazing! He came first thing in the morning and was able to diagnose my issue and explain it to me so I can understand. He’s extremely knowledgeable. Then he was able to replace my unit and install a new one quickly. I would recommend him to anyone.
