"MY AC was out for three weeks and the company that the warranty company assigned me to did not know what they were doing. They wanted unsafe modifications made to my attic to get the unit in. After unbelievable frustration I was able to get the warranty company to switch me over to Armer. Within one week they installed my new system. No modifications were needed. He quickly found the leaking garbage disposal, he educated me on why these units develop leaks, what little we could do about it, and what were reasonable expectation of how long they will last. He also gave me an education on the available options including cost and both pros and cons of various replacements. Once We made our decision, he did a very professional job installing the unit. "Unfortunately, it didn't go very well.  The plumber showed up about 30 minutes late, he wasn't very familiar with the pump, and he didn't have the necessary parts to complete the work.  This meant that he went over the allotted hour and charged me an additional 150 dollars which meant that the total cost of the deal was 189 dollars as opposed to 39 dollars."

"Very responsive from the initial call-back to the inspection. The inspectors provided many options and gave several recommendations. Once I agreed to have the water heater replaced, the inspectors left and indicated that the install technicians would be over to perform the work. The installers arrived within an hour or so and replaced the water heater. They did excellent work and upgraded a few connections in the process. I would recommend this company for plumbing work."
