from start to finish of this job. I had a 40 year old heating unit in
my house and no air conditioning. The ducts were metal and completely
rusted out from the swamp cooler that the previous owners had used.
When called, Troy promptly made an appointment with me and analyzed the
situation. At the end of the appointment, Troy provided me with an
estimate to install a new heating and air conditioning system along with
a new flex duct system throughout the house. Troy and his team then
told me when they could do the job AND they did it on time and for the price
he estimated. Troy and his team did a great job and cleaned up
afterward so no additional cleanup was required. I would recommend Troy
and Dutchaire to anyone who is looking for someone to provide their
services at a fair price and to do what they say they are going to do.
