We had a great experience with them. If I could give them an A+ for overall experience, I would. I would absolutely use them again.

The service person who came out was fine. He did the work quickly and fixed the problem. My issue was not with him at all. We appreciated his work. I was not at the home when the service was performed, so the person who was at the home thought the price was high and asked the service man to call me prior to putting the charge through. He said he tried to call me but did not leave a message. I did not see a phone call in my missed calls. The office did call me the next morning to put through the credit card info which was when I asked about the charge. They connected me to someone that I assume was a person in charge. I asked him about the charge of $69.00 and he immediately said I had agreed to it. I explained I did but I also thought once I agreed to the work that he would apply that amount to the total service change for one hour of service (the service only took 30 minutes - but I understand most services charge a 1 hour minimum). He was defensive right away, cutting me off whenever I tried to clarify my question and saying the service man tried to call me several times - which was not the case. He told me the $69. was for the travel fee because he needs to charge for a truck coming out for gas and driving time. I said that fee, along with the $80 service fee seemed high for a 30 minute call that did not require anything except gluing the pipe. He continued to be sarcastic, rude and argumentative. I told him I was not trying to not pay the fee, but that I could not even ask a question because he continually cut me off. It was clear he had been ready to argue before he picked up the phone and I'm not sure why. I will never work with their company again and plan to tell anyone who does need plumbing to NOT use Tucson Plumbing. I don't know why he was so defensive and upset - I was not raising my voice or even angry - I just wanted to understand the charges but because he wouldn't let me talk I still don't understand how they changed the service call. He was supposed to email me the receipt and still has not sent it.

Tucson Plumbing was extremely professional. They correctly diagnosed breaks in the sewer line under our house, worked with our insurance company for us, carefully dug a 30-foot trench in our post-tension slab to reveal and replace the problem pipe, and covered it back up ready for new concrete. Lalo, our project lead, was exceptionally informative and helpful. A huge thank you to them, I would recommend them highly.

It went perfectly fine. Ernie, the plumber who did the work was on time, professional, courteous and efficient. He was very helpful answering our questions about other plumbing issues that we had and we appreciate his advice. He was very friendly and confident. This is not our first experience with Tucson Plumbing and we have been very satisfied with all of the work done by this company.

Once in every blue moon great business is done with an old fashioned handshake and smile.
I am a single mom of two teen kids suffering from 'old home syndrome' and am enduring a season of
broken appliances and cooling and electrical problems. 
My kids and I had been up since 3am, spending several hours anxiously removing water flowing
throughout our home from my 5 year old, 50 gallon water heater. Fearful of the
costs, I contacted several local plumbing companies to get estimates. One of
the companies estimated it would cost more to replace the warrantied water
heater as it did to initially buy it and have it installed.
 
Next I contacted Tucson Plumbing and they sent plumber Edward Ryan to my house for an estimate.  At my request, Eddie returned as soon as my work schedule permitted to replace my water heater.  Armed with a smile, his tool box and a brand
new water heater, I watched Eddie work with expertise.  He'd already completed the necessary foot and paper work to honor the warranty for my defective water heater at no cost to me. When Eddie handed me the invoice, I held my breath concerned I was being low-balled. I was delighted to see it was for the exact same amount as his estimate.
 
I intentionally waited a few days before evaluating my experience with Tucson Plumbing and Eddie Ryan.  I'm happy to report Eddie's work is indeed immaculate. I have no leaks or problems and as I anticipate my
next home adventure, I delight in my warm showers.
 
I gladly refer friends, family, everyone I know to Tucson Plumbing.

The serviceman was prompt; efficient; and extremely knowledgeable about our problem. We had to take care of all the wet carpet, but we also had the serviceman change out another toilet that had been making a loud noise. He did a wonderful job - we were so happy it wasn't an "under slab" problem.

I called Tucson Plumbing to come out and correct and/or finish a job on a water heater that had been left unfinished by another plumber.  It was after hours on a holiday weekend and while we had to pay the price for this timing, it was amazing how responsive, professional, and punctual they were in completing the job.  I can now say with no reservations "you get what you pay for!"  Have
referred them several times since to neighbors and have had nothing but good responses back.

Prompt and courteous. Very professional. A little pricey for a relatively short job based on my experience as a vice president for a commercial building corporation which had a plumbing division. Overall, I was pleased with their work.

They did a great job.  I can't complain about the work that they did.  It looks great.  The work that they did was done perfectly.

It's a great company. When they were done the yard looked better than when they started. They were price concious.

They did exactly what they said they would do at the price quoted.

I am satisfied with the work they do. They answer all my questions and are very reliable. I like their services and will use the same in future.

Arrived promptly, snaked the drain line several times - solved the problem. Suggested the use of bacterial product to keep drain from clogging with grease. Cost was more than I've paid for similar service from other companies, but Tucson Plumbing has always done good work for me in the past.

They came on time and did what they were supposed to do. The quality of their work was good and I was satisfied with their service.

They were really cheap and fair, there was no charge for parts because it was just a washer that needed to be replaced. I have used them before and they always do a really good job for me.

Although they came a little later than promised (about an hour and a half late), they did a really nice job. The plumber was very courteous and careful, worked quickly, and left all the bathrooms nice and clean.

Either the plumber that did the work was not very smart (connected the faucet and spray backwards, then blamed the lack of water pressure on the airator!), or he was intentionally trying to milk the job. He did offer to come back another day (cash to him rather than his company!) to "defect" in the brand new fixtures. Hmmm. There were a few other problems, too.

THE WORK THAT THEY PERFORMED WAS WONDERFUL. WHEN THEY SHOWED UP THEY GOT STRAIGHT TO WORK AND FINISHED THE JOB IN A TIMELY MANNER. WE LIKED THE FACT THAT THEY RESPONDED TO MY CALL RIGHT AWAY.

I TRULY LIKED THE WAY THAT THEY CONDUCT THEIR BUSINESS. I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO PLEASED WITH ONE COMPANY BEFORE LIKE I AM WITH TUCSON PLUMBING I REALLY AM IMPRESSED WITH THE RESPONSIBILITY THAT THEY HAVE.
