When Dustin learned about our plumbing problems, he came right over to make an assessment of what he would need to do and to give us an estimate. He made a great impression immediately. We had been talking with someone else about the work and not feeling perfectly confident about that person's ability to work with our old pipes. After meeting Dustin and hearing how he would tackle the repairs, and receiving his estimate, we felt we had the right person to do the work. He showed up on time, kept in touch with us as he did his work, proved knowledgeable, friendly, and polite. We are delighted to have found such a gem!

He was punctual, communicated well before, during, and after the project. And his work was some of the neatest plumbing work I have seen. We live in a historic house in Armory Park (1898), and Dustin has experience with the challenges of working oh a historic home. I was so pleased with Dustin, that I recommended him to my parents and sister, and he has now replaced a water main for my parents and installed a tankless water heater for my sister. They were both exceptionally pleased with his work as well.

I needed to completely replace all the plumbing in a really old and neglected house. Dustin was great at guiding me through the process and helping me work through the different steps. Throughout the whole process, I felt like he was considering my house and my needs more than even I was considering myself and what I wanted.
