"I am not happy with this service at all. I asked for my HVAC to be repaired, told him what I wanted, and he did something different. He left before I could examine his work, which was up on my roof. I asked for this problem to be resolved, have the HVAC set up the way it was originally set up by your company when the HVAC was installed, and have received unsatisfactory service. Your service man was rude and said he was not going to fix it for us. As loyal customers who invested a great deal into our HVAC and support you as a local business, I am very unhappy and if this is not resolved, we will not be using your service again."
