The very friendly lady on the phone asked if I need any other plumbing done, when I responded no only the garbage disposal, she said that it $75 and not to buy the coupon. I could save $25.00 this way. She made the appointment for that day and I think his name was Rueben came out and did a wonderful and very clean job. He was very polite and knowledgeable and cleaned everything up very nicely. I would encourage anyone to use them, very professional and honest.

"The first time I called the company they seemed confused that I had purchased an Angie's list deal. I scheduled an appointment and the techncian didn't show up. When I called later to find out why he said his truck broke down. I totally understand that things happen but a courtesy call would have been nice. I gave him another shot and he came out on time saw we needed a new garbage disposal and switched it out for a new one. Rough start but overall I'm still happy with the work he did.
