"I had a leak in my water heater, and I had first contacted Lowes, along with several other companies found on the internet whose quotes were out of this world. I was very distraught with the quotes, but then I had the epiphany check "Angi" (I don't know why I didn't think of that in first place, but water under the bridge, no pun intended). Anyway, I put my info in and had a few responses from phone reps of the businesses, but no quotes over the phone even though I explained the situation and had pictures to send of the unit. However, Scott (the owner of Water Heaters Plus) was great he contacted me and I gave him my info and he gave me my options (brands of water heater) along with a quote, which was very reasonable. I went with him (and he has 4.9 rating) and I was glad, great turnaround time, everything done professionally and quickly! Very satisfied I definitely recommend him for a water heater purchase/replacement!"

After getting an exorbitant quote from a Lowe's contractor for a new water heater installation, I turned to Angi's hoping to find anyone willing to do it cheaper. I was so lucky that he called me first and took on the job. Not only did he quote me a price for the installation that was $400 cheaper than the Lowe's contractor, but he also offered me a brand new water heater for another $400 cheaper than the one I purchased from Lowe's! I cancelled the Lowe's order and bought his. He replaced and purchased additional equipment I needed with no charge to me, and the one item I did buy, a metal stand for the water heater to sit on, was bought at the same price he payed (he was happy to show me receipt). He really saved me SO MUCH MONEY. Lastly, he also is an absolute hoot and allowed me to watch the entire process. I will be calling him for future plumbing projects and you should too! "

After being seriously disappointed by a plumber assigned to us by American Home Shield, I asked AI (artificial intel) to recommend the top rated plumber in Scottsdale. AI recommended Zest Plumbing & Drain. I was not disappointed. From my first contact with Diana the dispatcher to Wally the field supervisor my experience with Zest Plumbing was outstanding. The AHS plumber gave up (without trying very hard) on clearing my drain and recommended tearing out a vanity and the toilet to install new pipes because he said my CAST IRON pipes had collapsed...it was baloney! AHS calls this a "MODIFICATION" which is not covered by the warranty. Don't fall for this tactic! Wally from Zest brought in his equipment and 30 minutes later my drain was working properly. He even showed me a video of my clean drain. Before you start tearing out walls give Zest a call!"
