"Cleaned out a sink in a 50 year old house. Checked with office on cost of changing out the faucet (which was reasonable) and had replace the u-pipe or trap because it was in poor condition.
The plumber was willing to do an extra job and the office was very accommodating,
The plumbing in an older house can be tricky to work on; this plumber understood the problems and was careful with the old pipes!

"The two handymen were so professional and quick with their work. Both items were done well. The response time was amazing. I called in the morning and by 2:00 pm the work was done. They cleaned up very well and even put the ladder away that I had out in my own attempts to install the light. I will be using them again soon.

"We had a service for our air conditioner. We had a concern that some loud noise (like a sound of a relay switching on and off). The service technician did not made an effort to solve the problem. We complained to the Control Manager John Tinger who was very attentive and collaborative and he send to our house 4 days later a field supervisor Kurt Howard. Kurt was very professional, friendly. He checked for all possible cause for the noise and did not found electrical problems. We accepted this result, which eliminated our worries. Many thank for both of you: John and Kurt from Bauer family."

"The Company representative completed all advertised tasks (flush hot water tank and complete home plumbing inspection) in a satisfactory manner. He pointed out some possible problem areas and provided cost figures for those items. I had my garbage disposal replaced after being made aware that after ten years of use, it had begun to leak. I was satisfied with the work performed and would recommend this company.

"Paul does good work, he's done work for me before. He knows what he is doing and when he fixed the garbage disposal in a matter of a few minutes, I called him "the magic man". He shrugged and smiled. We were unable to connect for an earlier appointment, the disposal had stopped working the previous week, now the sink was stopped, up so I had to stop using it. It was great he could fix it so easy and quick and I didn't have to purchase a new disposal.
