Rich & Rich are very polite, easy to talk too. I'm just glad that I finally found someone close to my house. I will definitely be calling them in the future if I have any more repairs. As my house is getting older things will start breaking. Thank you guys for your help. :)

I've been using the company for the past year, and it's the best of the best!  He was punctual and trustworthy, did quality work for a fair price, and cleaned up after himself.  Furthermore, there were no travel charges, just a flat fee for the work.

My husband had replace our existing faucet with a new one and had turned the water off at the outside valve  when he went to turn the water on the old gate valve froze shut there for we had no water inn the entire house. This part took place in the late afternoon. I arrived home from work at 3:30 and proceeded to Angies List to locate a plumber, after calling about  5 Above and Beyond Plumbing being one of them. I specifically was looking for one close by in our area as we live in the E valley. I had left a message with Rich about my problem and he returned my call not to long after he got the message. He said he could be here by 6 pm and of course we agreed.
At about 6 pm he again phoned & said he was running a little late and it would be another 30 min. He did arrive at approx. the time he said and got right to work with the valve. Our prior conversation on the phone he also told us about what the cost would be. He performed the work in a timely manner and made sure our water was on and running.. We will call then again if needed and recommend them to anyone that needs excellent service. We were very please do to the fact he was able to come as soon as he did and felt the price as fair. I rated the price as  a "B" as I do not know how much it would run with other company's.

Decided on this company after reading internet reviews.  Contacted by phone.  Answered promptly.  Asked a lot of questions and had me check on fixture, we determined the make and we were provided an estimate over the phone as well as an estimate if the job would require more.  Also helped us with instructions if we were to do it ourselves.  Very helpful, but  we decided to use professional.  He agreed to come out early next morning.  Arrived prior to scheduled time (appreciated that he was early).  Fixed the problem in less than 20 minutes for the initial estimate.  Also educated me on some of the shower fixtures and our own water main.  Courteous and professional.  Would highly recommend this company.  Thank you.
