"Had a fantastic experience working with Francisco Espinoza! From the moment I contacted him, he was professional, responsive, and very friendly. He arrived on time, brought all the necessary tools, and got right to work. He repaired my ceiling, installed a new faucet/sink and even some electrical work. All our issues have been fixed and working properly. I highly recommend Francisco for any handyman work you need. I’ll definitely be calling him again for future projects!"

"After moving to Tucson, I needed a handyman to do multiple projects. Hardworking Handyman LLC (Robbie) was selected from an internet search. Robbie was very knowledgeable about any project I asked him to complete. He built 2 outdoor storage units, put together furniture, hung pictures and did various other repairs. He is very courteous, very punctual, and very affordable. I highly recommend him for any job in or outdoors. and I definitely will hire him for future projects. Cynthia Y."

Pool Table Assembly questions, answered by experts

The best paver for your pool deck depends on your budget, style, and how much maintenance you’re willing to invest. Granite is one of the best low-cost pavers for pool decks. It’s very slip-resistant and durable, too, making it a top pick. Travertine is a high-quality material that resists freeze-thaw cycles, looks stunning, and won’t get hot in the summer. The only downside to travertine is that it costs more than granite.

The number of gallons in your pool will determine how much chlorine you’ll need to add to your pool for the first time. Chlorine levels should fall between 1 and 3 ppm. It's crucial to read the instructions on your chlorine packet to determine the number of tablets to put in the water based on your pool's capacity.

Pool water—or rather, the chlorine in pool water—generally doesn’t damage artificial grass. This type of grass is made from plastic fibers that are incredibly resilient. That said, you can damage artificial grass around a pool in other ways. For example, the sun’s reflection off a window or fence can melt polyethylene fibers. A temporary pool can flatten and cause an indent in turf.

While you can install an above ground pool on most level surfaces, you’ll need sand to protect your liner from tearing. For example, rocks, plants, and twigs can take a toll on your liner. Adding sand will help level the pool even more. For additional support, you can also use angled foam or a foam pool cove.

DIY is possible for minor repairs like patching liners. Professional services handle structural and mechanical issues.
