Two days after provider contacted me and said there is more work to be done and it will cost another $1800 to finish but I have to buy the tiles. He offered 10% discount because I was a senior citizen, so the overall work will be $4600. Provider wanted 50% to start and the remainder at completion. I received another text 07:03 stating he cannot finish it because he need to hire a plumber although he told me he will do all the plumbing work also. He then go on in the text stating he needs $1500 to finished the work by the end of next week. The balance on the job was $890 so now he is wanting more money and I have no proof if he did any work at the condo. He had the key in his possession and I received a high electrical bill in April and May so I ask a friend to go over and have a look at the work. My friend told me it seems like someone is living in the condo, the air-condition was on and there was a bed in the master room with sheets on it. I called the Provider and ask him if he gave anyone the key code and he said no. I told him I would repot this to the police. Water that the provider took the key with him without my permission, I had to ask him to please drop the key over to the house so my friend can get me some pictures. He put the key under the mat and took his lock box away. I will send the pictures I got from her, she was there to show him the job and she said he only demolished the bathroom floor upstairs."
