Small jobs welcome

"Sean did an excellent job building my bed frame. He was accommodating as well. When Home Depot, lost my headboard, he was patient and even offered to pick it up once it was found. After HD located the box, he came back and finished assembling the frame- I appreciate his time and care towards this project! Highly recommend!"

"Migel and his team where top notch. I thoroughly enjoyed working with his team and subcontractors. We did a major remodel and he was helpful with ideas and did alot of work that was above and beyond. I can't stress enough that if you have a remodel big or small you should hire migel. Hands down the best I have ever worked with and very reasonably priced. They where at my house working everyday, they stayed on track with the timelime and he kept me informed of status at all times. You can trust them to work in your house if you have to be away because of working or vacations. They are extremely responsible and respectful and I never worried if I was gone during the day or for weeks at a time. Overall I was highly impressed with migel and his team. I promise you will not go wrong hire grey colt construction"

Pool Table Assembly questions, answered by experts

Consistent pool and spa service requires year-round chemical management to combat extreme hard water scaling. Test your water weekly. During the AZ monsoon season, remove debris and rebalance chemistry immediately after storms to prevent algae. Inspect auto-fill systems frequently to manage high summer evaporation. Replace sun-damaged gate hardware annually to maintain compliant safety barriers. Verify your freeze protection settings before winter nights.

Helpful?

The local climate heavily impacts pool and spa service. Extreme summer heat accelerates chemical evaporation and stresses equipment. AZ monsoon storms dump debris that destabilizes water chemistry. Hard water creates rapid calcium scaling on surfaces and tile lines. Address caliche soil during excavation to prevent cracking. Always secure proper permits to ensure structural safety and long-lasting results for your backyard oasis.

Helpful?

Prepare for pool and spa service by securing HOA architectural approval first, as this process takes several weeks. Submit complete plans for local permits, including mandatory barrier details. Schedule a soil assessment to identify hard caliche rock before excavation begins. Avoid planning major plastering work during the AZ monsoon season. Contact your local water utility before executing large fills to prevent surprises.

Helpful?

Assess your property size against local setback requirements, especially in hillside zones with strict grading rules. Heavy caliche or expansive clay soils require engineered shells and extensive excavation. Check your electrical panel capacity, as older Oro Valley systems need upgrades to handle new equipment. Homes connected to municipal water and existing natural gas lines are excellent candidates for extensive pool and spa service.

Helpful?

Significant pool and spa service directly impacts your home's infrastructure. Older Oro Valley homes require electrical panel upgrades to support heavy equipment loads. Because evaporation rates reach over an inch per week, auto-fill valves run frequently and stress older plumbing lines. Excavation alters soil drainage, directing monsoon water toward your foundation. Evaluate your natural gas line capacity before adding a new heater.
