Overall I felt that Mr. Crane did his best, tried to be honest and conscientious. Went above the call of duty in attending 2 closing sessions for me, and in meeting me near my residence to discuss & sign papers. He does not pressure the client to buy, is good at working with a variety of personalities, and seems to truly care about his clients. There were a few areas in which I felt Mr. Crane could have taken more of the buyer's viewpoint, for example, in editing certain areas of the Purchase Contract to give more leeway to the buyer. In the end, it turned out, but I felt nervous about some of the decisions. They may have been justified, it's hard to know. I feel that the lender, who came at Mr. Crane's recommendation, pulled a bait and switch. This came as a great shock to me at the closing table. It put a great damper on the entire experience, thus the "B" in Overall Experience.
