"Do NOT work with this company! This is my experience with this company from my point-of-view. My husband and I called this company after a plumber mentioned seeing mold under our kitchen sink. A guy from Preferred Choice Restoration company came out and told us how much it would cost to fix. The guy quoted us $1000 and said that they'd pull everything out right away, and then in a week or two, after the cabinet came in, put everything back (a summary of the conversation). We asked if there were any additional costs, and he said, no, and that they'd get a contract out to us stating that it wouldn't be more than a $1000, no matter what. We got the contract, read it over, and signed it. They came out and pulled everything out. Then, a few days later, we got a new contract and a bill for $4,027.08... to put everything back in. We feel completely screwed over. I've never worked with such a dishonest company before. Beware!"
