For being at the house for almost 2-1/2 hours it looked terrible. They did not even dust the bedroom lamps. You could not tell if they swept. Behind ever door was a dust bunny. It was not worth the time or money.

Very punctual and on time. Left the house very clean.

Lucy, the owner, was nice, and the work done was a good job. However, the cleaners came 2 1/2 hours late. We HAD to have the house done by that evening because we were on a deadline, and Lucy did NOT contact us that they would be that late. She said, "I forgot to contact you. Sorry." We were not happy. I told her that if they could not do the job, then we must find another service to get it done THAT day. They finally showed up 2 1/2 hours later; we did have to call Lucy several times to find out where they were. She said, "They are coming, they are almost there, and I'm coming over now personally to help them." Well, Lucy never showed up. They charged us $30 more than we agreed on originally. We had set up an arrangement with Lucy the owner to not go over $150--in other words, clean what you can in the 2-2 1/2 hours and don't go over our budget! Well, they took 3 hours, and charged us $180. And we didn't even have 2 of the rooms in the house cleaned! We had said they didn't need to clean those rooms. And they did not strip & wash the sheets, that they said they would do. They DID do a good job in what they cleaned and the 2 cleaners who came were very nice. We did pay them the $180. We should not have been charged the extra $30 because they were 2 1/2 hours late with no communication, and we were on a deadline. The professional thing for them to have done, was to honor the $150 we agreed upon originally and to compensate for their tardiness with no communication. I won't hire this service again.

The service was wonderful...my house looks amazing...they did a very detailed job...i am definitely going to use them again. :)

I had ever had a cleaning service before so, I asked a co-worker who she used. She recommended Lucy’s immaculate Cleaning Service. I called Lucy and she was very prompt to return my call. I told her that I had company coming this weekend and my house needed some serious love. She came to my house that day and gave me a fair estimate. The ladies arrived on time the next morning and went to work. Everything was completed on time and our home was so clean and sparkly, I almost could not believe how much they did in a short period of time. I was so impressed that I set-up a cleaning service with them twice a month.

Lucy's team has been coming to my home for over a year on a routine basis, and always, my house sparkles after they have been here. I have a long list of tasks for the team, and nothing is ever missed, which is saying a lot considering the list! On the occasion that I have spoken with Lucy, I have no doubt that I am dealing with a women of integrity, and one who sincerely cares about the service that she is providing. I contacted Lucy's cleaning service and she was very responsive in returning my call and set a time for her to come by and quote my house for cleaning.  She explained the first clean would be a deep clean that would require approximately six hours to clean with two cleaners.  We also discussed a twice a month cleaning schedule and got a quote for that and that it would be less per visit than the first deep clean.  Two cleaners showed up to my house about 15 minutes late than the set time.  They quickly got started and left them alone for almost six hours.  The house was cleaned immaculately and I was very impressed.  I paid for the agreed amount and set a date for the next cleaning.  I assumed the fee for future cleaning was already set.  Approximately two weeks later two cleaners arrived to clean my house.  One was a different gal than the first visit and spoke good English.  Before they got started the one gal tells me she thinks it will take about three hours or more.  They spent the better part of three hours and charged me $40 more than the agreed amount I was quoted on the initial visit.  The cleaning was not to the standard of the first cleaning.  After they left, I found two shelves that weren't dusted, some furniture not moved to vacuum behind.  They also asked to borrow my vacuum...  I didn't haggle with the price and just cut her a check knowing I would never use this service again.

The house is well cleaned.

Lucy sent two hard-working women, along with all of the cleaning products and materials, at 8:00 the first morning. They stayed and worked very diligently and thoroughly through our house, from one end to the other, until 6:30 that evening. Lucy herself assisted for six of those hours. She even took home one of my sheer curtains that night to sew up the hem when it came loose in the washer that day. The next day the same two helpers arrived at 8:00am and stayed until 12:30pm cleaning the garage from top to bottom. They did an excellent job and were very pleasant to have around.

I called Lucy and she scheduled a time to look at our house for a price to do a move out clean. She wasn't able to make the first appointment but called and we rescheduled. When she came for the appointment we went over everything and she quoted a price and asked if I thought it was fair. It was definitely fair and we scheduled the cleaning date. The ladies did a professional job and the house was move-in ready! the only thing they did was throw away items that I didn't want thrown away but probably my fault for not letting them know I wasn't completely done getting everything out. The items weren't anything expensive so I wasn't upset. I would use her company again in a heart beat!

They are really good. Absolutely excellent. I will continue to use them.

The first time I used this service the ladies arrived on time. I knew that I was responsible for cleaning supplies but they brought nothing...no buckets, gloves, etc. I'm sure it was an honest mistake but the housekeeper used a cleaning cloth with granite cleaner on my wood furniture. Of course she denied it. It's ruined. The second time I hired this service I asked for a different team and they never showed up. It was the day before a big holiday party. Lucy never contacted me. When she finally answered my email she made up some nonsense about why they never showed up. I won't use this service again.
