Filed wage claim with the Department of Labor. Won the case for three times the amount. I would suggest more ethical businesses in town like Arizona hardwood floors or Removal Tech if you need demolition services. If you do decide to do business with these folks...GET IT IN WRITING By the way employees are encouraged to have their friends and family members post positive reviews. I will say however their flooring and demo guys do top-notch work. The owner just lacks Integrity especially with anything surrounding money"

Clay soil can support a deeper foundation than sandy soil. A structural engineer will be able to tell you the maximum, feasible depth.

If you don’t wish to dig it out and convert it into a finished basement, you can still encapsulate your crawl space to protect it from damage for an average cost of $5,500. Finishing a crawl space beyond this isn’t really worthwhile, as the low ceilings mean you won’t be able to use the area as living space.

Yes, you can install a trench drain if you already have concrete in your yard or garden. While it can complicate some aspects of the job and slightly run up the cost, it is doable.
