I speak English, pay taxes to Uncle Sam and have a social security card...so do all my help. We tear out, form up, grade, pour and finish. Dave was great. The work came out better then we expected. He showed up every day, right on schedule. He was very thoughtful and respectful of our home. I have already recommended him to friends and family.

Dave and his assistant were wonderful to work with. Very high quality work. Was not the lowest bid but worth every penny. Very meticulous with clean up. Would hire them again without hesitation.

Dave provides amazing work. I was super impressed with his level of expertise in how he went about the job, was solution oriented and completed it on time and on budget. In addition his craftsmanship is way above what you may find elsewhere. He finished my concrete floors by hand and the smoothness was impeccable. If you need concrete work done, just give him a call and not mess with those without experience.

11 yards of concrete plus some demolition and concrete removal. I was going to be staining some of the concrete for floors and needed a super smooth area.

Dave returned my call right away but I was disappointed to hear that he was not willing to come to the South Mountain area to give an estimate. I had several immediate projects I needed to have done and I also had future projects every few months. Sounds like he wants to stay in the Peoria area. He did give me the name of someone else that might work in my area.

South Mountain is too far to estimate such a small project, for Concrete by Dave. I was completely honest about this, and even gave her the contact information of one of my associates that lives near by. This is as courteous and professional as I can imagine. The customer never called my associate, but did have the time to defame Concrete by Dave with a "C". I wish there were a way to rate the customer.

Dave was wonderful to work with. He was prompt and professional. He gave a very fair price for the work to be done. He was conscientious and and thorough. He was always pleasant and open to me 'tweaking' certain projects as he went along. I would hire him again and would highly recommend him to anyone needing concrete/masonry work.

Dave showed up for an estimate and worked diligently to give me multiple estimates like I asked for. When he was finished he sent me a formal estimate by e-mail and then we worked out a plan. I know that my plan was not the best laid and it took some discussing with him in order to get it the way I wanted it but he was helpful every step of the way guiding me through the process. Dave and his crew showed up two days earlier than expected and spent literally from 6 am to 5 pm clearing and leveling the yard. This continued for two straight days while they leveled the entire yard and compacted it. I have edging in the middle of my yard for artificial grass as well as around two trees so they had to work their way around these. After the two days of clearing they laid cement for the next two days and cleaned up the yard super quick and without any problems. The end result was a huge sea of concrete in my backyard for al my outdoor parties and activites. I was super excited and Dave was great the whole way through.

They provided good service. They came and gave an estimate. They were very flexible. While they were there they found out that we wanted to have a little bit more done on the pour and they were able to make it happen and do additional work.

Dave was great to work with. Very friendly and listens to what you want. Cleaned up all messes and removed all debris from concrete work. He has also done work for 2 of my neighbors and they too have been very happy working with Dave.

Added a third drive way in front of and behind my RV gate, added a walk way to a single walk thru fence and poured a slab with footers for a room extension. All the rebar and footers passed city inspection the first time!!
