"This was no small project and this contractor is not typical... a second floor deck around 3 sides of a 6 bedroom house done in a way I could park a car on the deck. Workmanship was 5 star, worked full days, used quality materials and the fit and finish is beyond our expectations. Phil and his crew are AMAZING!! I only have pictures of the two additional projects, one a storage area and the other an eating area built on top of a tree with a 1.5" gap between deck and tree platform to conform to code. Non better to do business with!"

"Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.

K W Design has been in business since December 1990 in Prescott, AZ. Specializing in personalized custom residential design, such as site consultation, as-built floor plans for realtors, small remodels, additions, detached garages and/or shops, and custom homes. I enjoy the challenge of designing living spaces that take advantage of the positive aspects of each project. For projects that require specialized materials and/or customer programs, integrating with contractors is my duty to succeed for each client. Built my passive solar, rammed earth home in 1985, after receiving an AA degree in Solar Construction Technology from Yavapai College, so I have a grasp of real-world building concepts.
